Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromptWorkbench at promptworkbench.space (the "Service"), operated by PromptWorkbench, a sole proprietorship ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Creem, our authorized payment processor.

• Paid plans (Pro and Developer) are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the Creem customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan includes the following restrictions:

• 20 prompts maximum per account
• 1 model test per day (single-model testing)
• Limited version history retention compared to paid plans

We may enforce these limits automatically. Upgrading to a paid plan removes the applicable restrictions.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees processed through Creem are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription in the Creem customer portal before your renewal date. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@promptworkbench.space within 7 days of the charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass plan limits, reverse-engineer the platform, upload malicious content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create. PromptWorkbench retains ownership of the Service, including its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results from AI model testing. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptWorkbench shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
